Outlaw Bourbon is a small-batch bourbon from Yellow Rose Distilling in Houston, made from 100% Texas yellow corn and distilled in a pot still.
It is aged in small American oak barrels, where the 15 to 20 degree temperature swings of that part of Texas are said to shape its character, and where the angel share runs at 15% per year.
The flavour is full, with warm caramel and vanilla overtones.
