Harris County is a straight bourbon whiskey from Yellow Rose Distilling, made in small batches and described as handcrafted. The mash is a blend of corn, rye and malted barley.
It is aged in charred oak barrels for a minimum of two years.
The flavour is smooth and mellow, with caramel, vanilla and oak. It can be sipped neat or over ice, or used in classic cocktails.
