Yellowstone American Single Malt Whiskey 4 Year Old (70cl, 54%)

An American single malt made from 100% malted barley and aged for four years. It was distilled and matured in Indiana and is bottled by Limestone Branch Distillery in Lebanon, Kentucky, at 54%, or 108 proof, in a 70cl bottle. It is non-chill-filtered and has no added colour. Master Distiller Stephen Beam added it to the Yellowstone range in 2023 as a whiskey made purely from malted barley. The nose shows malted grain and honey with a hint of peach blossom. The palate is sweet and medium-bodied, with honey, pear, stone fruit and dates. Oak leads the finish, with cinnamon and English walnut.
