Yellowstone Select is a small batch Kentucky straight bourbon from Limestone Branch Distillery in Lebanon, Kentucky, bottled at 46.5% ABV (93 proof) in a 750ml bottle.
It blends four year old and seven year old bourbons, chosen by Master Distiller Stephen Beam and matured in new charred oak. Part of the blend is sourced Kentucky bourbon.
The nose is brown sugar, praline, toasted oak and vanilla, with apricot and black cherry. On the palate come caramel, vanilla, cherry and toffee, with a gentle kick of rye spice, clove and cardamom. The finish is warm, with lingering oak and baking spice.
