Yoichi – Discovery Unpeated Single Malt (70cl, 47%)

Yoichi Discovery is an unpeated single malt from Nikka's Yoichi distillery, bottled at 47% in a 70cl bottle. It was released in 2021 as a limited edition under the Discovery name. The malt is unpeated, which departs from the smoky image often attached to Yoichi. The back label describes a balance of bright fruitiness and rich flavour, with a distinctive character that comes from coal-fired distillation.
