Yoichi – Single Malt (70cl)

Yoichi Single Malt is a Japanese whisky from Nikka's Yoichi Distillery in Hokkaido. Direct coal-fired distillation contributes to its full-bodied character, while new oak and sherry casks add depth to its woody flavours. The whisky is described as peated and slightly briny, with aromas of oak, sweet malt and rich fruit. Vanilla, toasted notes and saltiness accompany the peat, leading to lingering oak sweetness and a smoky finish.
