Yushan Single Malt Sherry Cask is a Taiwanese single malt matured in sherry casks. The sherry influence is central to the whisky, bringing dried fruit, caramel and spice.
On the nose there are raisins, candied fruit and caramel, with woody notes. The palate opens round and generous, with candied fruit, chocolate and soft spice in a full texture. The finish is long, woody and lightly sweet.
