Yuu Baal Espadín Reposado is a mezcal aged for six months in American white oak. It is pale golden yellow and full-bodied, and it is bottled in a 75cl bottle.
The ageing gives it a place between the unaged and the older expressions, and it suits drinking from before dinner to the conversation afterwards.
The aroma is pleasant, and the palate is smooth and suave, with a hint of light caramel.
