Yzaguirre Rojo Reserva Vermouth (1L, 18%)

Yzaguirre Rojo Reserva is a Spanish red vermouth from Bodegas Yzaguirre in Tarragona, bottled at 18% in a one litre bottle. It is a deep mahogany-red colour. The vermouth spends 12 months in oak barrels and is flavoured with a blend of nearly 80 botanicals, among them gentian, cilantro, dittany, nutmeg, cardamom, cinnamon and vanilla. The nose is balsamic and herbal, with spice, wood and dried fruit. The palate is smooth and rounded, with wood, spice and fruit in step and balanced acidity. The finish is long and velvety, gently spicy, with a dry, herbaceous end.
