Zackariah Harris is a Kentucky straight bourbon, bottled at 40% in a 1.75 litre bottle. It is distilled, aged and bottled at Glenmore Distillery in Louisville, and rests for three years in new charred American oak barrels. The mashbill is corn, rye and barley, with corn leading.
The nose brings banana, orange creamsicle, vanilla, toasted cedar and burnt brown sugar, with a little cigar box, tangerine peel and cinnamon. The palate is soft and light-bodied, with brown sugar, pie crust, vanilla, maple syrup and gentle citrus. The finish is moderate, with toasted oak, quiet cinnamon warmth and a touch of citrus-peel dryness.
