This is an 11 year old Speyside single malt, drawn from a single Amontillado sherry cask and bottled at 52.5% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It is a limited release of 336 bottles, non-chill-filtered and of natural colour.
The whisky was bottled just below its natural cask strength.
The nose is rich hazelnut cake with soft mustard and bright orange. The palate is deeply nutty, with pecan and chestnut lifted by subtle tobacco. The finish is long and oily-rich, with sweet spices and lingering tobacco.
