1792 Full Proof is a Kentucky straight bourbon bottled at 62.5% in a 75cl bottle. It is bottled at the same 125 proof at which the barrels were first filled.
The bourbon is not chill-filtered, passing only through a plate and frame filter, which let it keep its strength at bottling. It is described as having a full, rich and bold flavour.
