1792 Full Proof is a bourbon bottled at its original barrel entry proof of 125, the strength at which the barrels were first filled.
It is not chill filtered. Instead it passes only through a plate and frame filter, a process that let it keep a robust proof for bottling and a full, rich, bold flavour. Full proof bourbon has long been regarded as distinctively rich in flavour.
