1792 Small Batch is a Kentucky straight bourbon, bottled at 47% ABV (93.7 proof) in a 750ml bottle.
It is made from corn, rye and malted barley, with a high-rye mash bill. Barrels are matured at the distillery, then selected at peak maturity and married together to make each small batch.
The nose is complex, with vanilla, caramel and deep oak. On the palate, rye spice mixes with dark fruit and caramel. The finish is long, with hints of cocoa.
