Regal Queen De Luxe is a blended Scotch whisky from the 1960s, bottled at 40% ABV by Morrison Howat Distillers Ltd.
The nose is soft, dry and lightly sweet, with wood in a gentle, understated introduction. The palate is very smooth, with leafy malt, then a warming note that develops into oil and nuts.
The finish is citrusy and grassy, with new wood and malt, and a long, soft bitterness that lingers.
