The nose shows dusty smoke and old paper, with cherry, raspberry and stewed plum, then vanilla and toasted cereal. The palate is dry and smoky, with red berries and dried figs as the smoke settles. The finish is medium, with sweet grain lingering after the fruit and smoke fade.
