This is an American whiskey from 291 Colorado Whiskey, made in a pre-Prohibition style and aged for under a year in American white oak barrels that previously held the distillery's Colorado Bourbon. It is bottled at 45% ABV in a 75cl bottle.
The distillery describes it as a summer whiskey, suited to cocktails or drinking neat or over ice.
It is floral, with a buttery mouthfeel, and the copper brings a finish of fresh cut leather.
