A small batch rye whiskey from 291 Colorado Whiskey, bottled at 50.8% ABV in a 750ml bottle. It is a white dog, distilled in a copper pot still and aged only briefly in an American white oak barrel, which leaves the character of the grain at the front.
It was first released in 2011. The makers recommend it in cocktails made with either light or dark spirits, and suggest a White Dog Tonic or a White Manhattan.
