291 Fresh Colorado Whiskey is an un-aged, small batch American white whiskey in a 750ml bottle, bottled at 45% ABV. It was made as a stand-in for vodka, gin and tequila in classic cocktails.
291 Colorado Whiskey trademarked the Whiskarita in 2021, a white whiskey margarita made with this whiskey, fresh lime juice, triple sec and simple syrup.
It is described as bright, sweet and citrusy.
