The Innkeeper's Blend is a straight bourbon bottled at 52% ABV in a 75cl bottle. It is the second small batch blend in the Icon Series from 2XO.
The blend pays tribute to the Dedman family's long history in hospitality, more than a century of it, as former owners of the Beaumont Inn on Kentucky's Bourbon Trail.
The mouthfeel is viscous and rich, moving from caramel sweetness at the front to ripe red fruit in the middle, and ending in a light, peppery spice.
