The Innkeepers Blend is a Kentucky straight bourbon from 2XO, made by master blender Dixon Dedman.
It follows his two times oak method. The bourbon is aged in new charred oak barrels, then finished in a second, custom toasted oak barrel, which adds depth to the original bourbon character. It comes in a 750ml bottle.
The nose offers vanilla, caramel, toasted oak, honey and baking spice. The palate is sweet toffee, ripe stone fruit, cinnamon and oak warmth. The finish is medium to long and gently spiced, with vanilla and oak lingering.
