2XO The Tribute Blend is a Kentucky straight bourbon, blended by Dixon Dedman and sold in a 750ml bottle. It was made as a personal homage to craftsmanship and tradition.
The name stands for two times oak. The bourbon is aged first in new charred American oak barrels, then finished in a second, custom toasted oak barrel.
The nose brings caramel, vanilla, toasted oak, baking spice and dried fruit. On the palate there is rich toffee, sweet corn, cinnamon and dark chocolate, and the finish is long and warming, with spice and oak sweetness.
