An añejo tequila made from 100% Blue Weber agave, slow-cooked, extracted via traditional tahona and double distilled in copper pot stills. It is aged for over a year in a blend of French and American oak barrels. The finished blend may include a touch of extra-añejo. It is produced in Jalisco, Mexico, at a family-owned distillery working with local agave farms.
