Clase Azul Plata is a blanco tequila made in Jalisco by Casa Tradición from 100% estate-grown Blue Weber agave. The agave is slow-cooked for about 72 hours in traditional brick ovens and double-distilled in copper stills, then filtered and refined through a 5-step polishing process. Each bottle is a hand-painted Talavera ceramic decanter crafted by artisans in Santa María Canchesda, with a silver bell stopper. It is enjoyed neat or in premium cocktails.
Tasting Notes
Bright and herbal, with fresh citrus peel (orange, lemon), green apple and herbal mint, with subtle cooked agave notes.
Smooth and medium-bodied, delivering pure agave flavour, citrus freshness and a mellow herbal backbone, with supporting notes of vanilla, caramel and cracked black pepper.
Clean and lingering, with sweet pepper notes, light apple acidity and a touch of mineral brightness.
