A limited edition añejo tequila from Jalisco, Mexico, made from 100% Blue Weber agave.
It is aged approximately 12 to 18 months in American oak, then finished in Pedro Ximénez sherry barrels using a solera method. It is bottled at 40% ABV.
The nose shows roasted agave, sweet oak, vanilla cream, caramel, dried fig, raisin-like richness, walnut skin and chocolate-toned depth. The palate is plush, with caramelized agave, vanilla-toffee sweetness, toasted oak, dried fruit and cocoa. The finish is medium-long and silky, with dark chocolate, vanilla, toasted nuts, sweet oak and dried fruit.
