This is a cask strength rye whiskey from Colorado, in a 75cl bottle. The mash bill is 100% heirloom rye, grown in the San Luis Valley.
Individual barrels are selected and married, then bottled at cask strength. The whiskey was aged for more than three years in new 53-gallon oak barrels.
The aromas are citrus, baking spice and golden raisin. The flavours are bright, with mint, fresh grass and tropical fruits.
