This is an 18 year old Speyside single malt, bottled in 2022 by Cadenhead's for its Original Collection. It is bottled at 46% ABV, in a 70cl bottle.
The whisky was matured entirely in bourbon casks, with no wine or sherry influence. It is non-chill-filtered and has no added colour.
The nose offers ripe apple, pear, honey, vanilla and soft floral notes. The palate is elegant and rounded, with creamy malt, light citrus, vanilla, almond and subtle wood. The finish is long and softly drying, with a warm, classic Speyside close.
