This is a 31 year old single malt from an undisclosed Speyside distillery, bottled independently by The Single Malts of Scotland. It belongs to their A Marriage of Casks series and was bottled in 2023. The outturn was 806 bottles, in a 70cl size. The nose is soft, with flowers, orchard fruit and wood. The palate has a silky texture and a basket of fruit including apple and apricot, with gentle spice, ginger, almond and milk chocolate. The finish is of medium length, with marmalade, vanilla and spice.
