Abbia Novà Senza Vandalismi Bianco 2022 (75cl)

Senza Vandalismi Bianco 2022 is a white wine from Abbia Novà, a small project in Lazio run by the cousins Daniele and Pierluca Proietti, producing only a few tens of thousands of bottles a year. They farm seven hectares with a fully natural approach, using no copper in the vineyard and keeping intervention to a minimum in the cellar. That cellar is a small house high in the mountains beside an old Roman consular road, with two rooms holding amphorae, concrete tanks, barrels and demijohns.
