This is Batch 0008 from the Casg Annamh series by Aberlour Distillery, a Speyside single malt bottled at 48% in a 70cl bottle. It was matured in American oak and sherry oak casks.
The nose is inviting, with candied fruit, blood orange, honey, caramel and nuts. The palate starts fruity and sweet, then moves to green and red spices, malt and a touch of bitter oak. The finish is medium in length.
