This is a single cask Speyside malt from Adelphi's Breath of Speyside series, aged for 15 years in a first-fill Oloroso sherry butt. It is a limited edition, bottled at a cask strength of 58.1%, non-chill filtered and with natural colour.
The single cask yielded a few hundred bottles. The notes described are dried fruits, dark chocolate, caramel, nuts and warm spices, with a full, generous texture.
