Aerstone Land Cask is a 10 year old single malt Scotch whisky, bottled at 40% in a 70cl bottle. It is a rich and smoky malt, matured in warehouses located further inland.
It is one of two styles in the Aerstone range, Rich & Smoky or Smooth & Easy, and the taste profile is marked on the bottle and pack.
The character is sweet and well balanced. Burnt brown sugar, aniseed and salted honeycomb come first, quickly giving way to briny olive notes with hints of citrus and smoked meats.
