Agricola Ayunta Spumante Metodo Ancestrale Rosé

A rosé sparkling wine made by the ancestral method. It has a pale pink colour and a fine, gentle mousse. The nose offers wild strawberry, fresh cherry and a hint of field flowers, with a light yeasty note from the ancestral process. On the palate it is smooth, with red fruit and bright acidity; the discreet mousse leaves a savoury, clean finish. Serve cold, not ice-cold, as an aperitif or with delicate fish, summer salads, fresh cheeses and light cured meats.
