Nerello Mascalese Bianco IGT Agricola Ayunta

A white wine made from Nerello Mascalese, with a delicate aromatic profile of white flowers, citrus peel and a fresh mineral note. The palate is lively and dry, with measured savouriness and a slender structure, followed by citrus returns and light herbaceous hints. It suits light pairings such as raw seafood, grilled fish, savoury salads or fresh cheeses, and works well as an aperitif. Serve cool, around 10-12 C, and open shortly before serving to preserve the aromas.
