A red wine from Agricola Ayunta, shaped by the volcanic soils of Etna. It shows fresh red fruit, delicate floral notes, subtle spice and a mineral component that gives tension to the bouquet. On the palate it has fine, well-integrated tannins, lively acidity, medium body and good persistence. It suits roasted meats, mushrooms, aged cheeses and flavourful pasta. Serve at around 16-18 C to appreciate its aromatic definition and long mineral finish.
