Nerello Mascalese Rosato IGT - Agricola Ayunta

A rosé wine from Agricola Ayunta, made from Nerello Mascalese and classified as IGT. It shows a pale, bright, delicate pink colour. The nose brings small red fruits, wildflowers, citrus hints and a light mineral note. On the palate it is sapid and lively, with sustained acidity, a slim but lively body and a clean, refreshing finish. Serve cool but not ice-cold, around 10-12 °C. It pairs well with savoury salads, simply prepared seafood dishes, delicate cured meats, aperitifs and summer grilled vegetable dishes.
