Akashi 4 Year Old White Wine Cask Finish is a single malt from the White Oak distillery in Akashi, Hyogo Prefecture. The whisky spent three and a half years in Cognac barrels, then ten months in barrels that held white wine from the Akashi vineyard in Yamanashi.
It is bottled at 40% in a 50cl bottle, without chill filtration. The balance leans towards woody and fruity notes.
