Akashi Sherry Cask is a Japanese blended whisky in a 50cl bottle. It is made with 30% malted barley.
The whisky was first aged in American oak, then spent a further six months in sherry casks.
The aroma is rich, with vanilla and apricot. The palate is sweet yet mellow, with spices and dried fruits. It can be drunk neat, over ice or in a highball.
