A Japanese blended whisky from Akashi, in a 70cl bottle at 40% ABV.
It spends around two years in Japanese shochu casks made of American oak, then ages in a bourbon cask before a 12-month finish in sherry casks.
The nose is fruity and slightly sweet, with hints of vanilla. The palate is fresh, with spice, oak and hints of peat, leading to a medium, spicy and sweet finish.
