This is Alberta Springs Old Time, a blended Canadian whisky from Alberta Distillers, in a 75cl bottle. It has a bourbon-like character, and the youngest whisky in the blend was distilled in 1983. Today Alberta Distillers is among the largest contract distilling operations in North America. Its rye whisky goes into modern brands including WhistlePig and Very Olde St Nick.
