A white Riesling from Alsace AOC, representing the Alsace terroir. It has a rich and complex aromatic profile with fresh notes of citrus, lemon balm and white peach, plus mineral hints typical of the clay-limestone vineyards. Manual harvesting and careful cellar work preserve the grapes. On the palate it shows impeccable balance between freshness and acidity, with a lively structure, fruity notes and light salinity. The finish is long and clean with a pleasant mineral reminiscence. It pairs with fish, shellfish and vegetarian dishes, and can be served at 8-10 degrees Celsius.
