This is American Eagle 4 Year Old, a Tennessee bourbon bottled at 40% and produced for Halewood Wine & Spirits. The mash bill is 84% corn and 16% other grains, and the spirit is charcoal filtered using the Lincoln County Process.
The nose has toasted oak, buttered biscuits, popcorn and orange marmalade. The palate offers caramel apple, pound cake, vanilla fudge, bittersweet orange and peach, with a creamy texture and a little white pepper. The finish is short to medium, with vanilla, white chocolate and pepper.
