Jack Daniel's – Old No.7 Maxwell House Bottle (1.5L)

This is Jack Daniel's Old No.7 in the Maxwell House bottle, a Tennessee whiskey in a 1.5 litre half gallon decanter first released in 1971. The release commemorates the decanter that Lem Motlow first presented to Colonel John Overton Jr., and the bottle is a replica of it. Its name comes from the Maxwell House Hotel in Nashville, Tennessee, which Overton began building in 1859. The decanter was designed by Lem Motlow rather than by Jack Daniel himself.
