Amrut Neidhal Peated is a peated single malt from the Amrut distillery in Bangalore, India, bottled at 46% ABV in a 70cl bottle. Amrut was founded in 1948 by Shri J.N. Radhakrishna. The whisky is made from barley grown in the Indian foothills of the Himalayas, with water from the same region. Maturation takes place in oak casks at 900 metres above sea level in Bangalore, the garden city of India.
