A 6 year old single malt from an Orkney distillery, bottled by Cadenhead's as part of its Original Collection on 8 June 2023. It comes in a 70cl bottle at 46% ABV, from an outturn of 115 bottles.
The whisky was matured entirely in bourbon casks. It is non-chill-filtered and has no added colour.
The nose offers light peat smoke, honey, vanilla, apple and sea air. On the palate it is fresh and energetic, with malt, citrus, soft smoke, pepper and a creamy bourbon note. The finish is medium long, dry, slightly smoky and mineral.
