Angel's Envy 10 Year Old Cask Strength is a Kentucky bourbon released for the brand's 15th anniversary. It is the first Angel's Envy release to carry an age statement.
The bourbon was matured for ten years and finished in port wine barrels. It is bottled at 61.3% ABV, non-chill filtered, as a limited edition.
The notes run to dark fruit, caramel, oak, leather and spice. The palate is creamy and dessert-like, and the finish is long and warming, balancing sweet fruit with tannic depth.
