Angel's Envy Cask Strength 2021 is a Kentucky straight bourbon whiskey finished in port wine barrels.
The nose is complex, with peach and cherry alongside hints of brandy, tea and honey. On the palate, leather, toasted oak and vanilla come with stone fruit and port, giving way to creamy crème brûlée, honey and nutty marzipan.
The finish brings slight tannins, black tea, apricot and smoke.
