Angel's Envy is a Kentucky straight bourbon bottled at 43.3% ABV. After its time as bourbon, it is finished in port wine barrels.
The finish brings rich vanilla together with sweet, sticky port notes, which show most clearly in the finish.
In the glass, the nose offers orange segments, puff pastry and cinnamon sticks. The palate is creamy vanilla and cedar spice with a hint of sweet red berries. The finish carries plenty of dark chocolate, red grapes and a touch of aromatic spice.
