Angel's Envy Kentucky Straight Bourbon is blended by hand in batches of 8 to 12 barrels at a time, with every barrel tasted during ageing. The bourbon is then finished in ruby port casks, with no set time for the finishing. The brand draws its inspiration from the career of Master Distiller Lincoln Henderson.
It pours a deep amber. Almond, honey, apple, cinnamon and blueberry compote run through both the aroma and the flavour. The body is full and smooth, and the finish is long-lasting.
