Angel's Envy Kentucky Straight Rye is a rye whiskey from Kentucky.
The nose offers melted caramel, birch beer and fresh violets. The palate is creamy, with cooked bananas, chocolate syrup, butterscotch, liquorice, gingerbread, marzipan, raisins, burnt brown sugar and complex oak.
The finish brings honeyed almonds and balanced spice, followed by melted caramel, cinnamon babka, barrel char, light smoke and an earthy note of old leather.
